How to Get Free Energy in June’s Journey

Every hidden object scene costs 15 energy. The bar refills by itself at one point every two minutes until it reaches 110, which is enough for seven scenes and takes about three hours and forty minutes to fill from empty. Refilling stops once the bar is full, so energy left sitting at the cap is energy wasted.

Besides the links above, free energy comes from:

  • Star Boxes: earn stars in your scenes to claim these reward boxes.
  • Bonus energy: sometimes handed out after you finish a hidden object scene.
  • The Webstore gift: log in to the official June’s Journey Webstore with Facebook or the JJ app and claim a free gift each day, which lands in your in-game mailbox.

The Extended Energy Bar in the Energy Shop is a one-time purchase that raises the cap to 150, but the refill speed stays the same.

How Does June’s Journey Play?

Each scene hands you a list of items to find in an illustrated picture, and the faster you find them, the higher you score. Points build toward five Mastery Stars per scene, each harder than the last, and stars move the story along. A chapter has five hidden object scenes and a final Adventure Scene, which leans on puzzles instead of a time bonus. New chapters arrive every week.

June’s Journey: Orchid Island and Detective Clubs

Away from the scenes, Orchid Island is June’s family estate, and you restore, expand and decorate it as you go. Some buildings produce coins over time, coins pay for new buildings and decorations, and the Flowers your estate earns unlock new chapters. Landmarks such as the Lighthouse take a long time to restore but matter for your progress.

Detective Clubs bring other players in. Team up with a club, compete in spot-the-difference events and work your way up the leaderboard.

The game is free to play, with ads and optional in-app purchases, and it needs an internet connection.
