Gold stickers are the hardest part of a Monopoly GO album, because for most of the season they cannot be traded at all. Golden Blitz is the exception. The box below shows whether one is live, announced or not on the calendar yet.

What Is a Golden Blitz in Monopoly GO?

For about a day, two named gold stickers can be sent between friends. Only those two are unlocked and every other gold sticker stays locked as usual, so a Blitz helps only if you need one of the two or hold a spare. Each player can send them up to five times a day while it runs.

The two stickers are revealed a day or two before the Blitz starts, and they show up in the box above once they are announced, which leaves time to find a friend with the one you are missing. There is nothing to tap and no boost timer. Most Blitzes open with the daily reset and stay open for close to a full day.

Not every Golden Blitz is picked by Scopely. In a Community Golden Blitz, players vote on the official Monopoly GO Discord for the two stickers, which happens at least once per album, and in some albums every Golden Blitz has been chosen this way.

With so few chances to trade them, gold stickers go for a lot in return, often a 5-star sticker or a pair of 4-star ones. Trade with players you can add as friends in the game, and skip anyone who wants money for a gold sticker.

When Is the Next Golden Blitz?

There is no steady rhythm to predict from. Golden Blitz arrives in clusters toward the end of an album season, several within a few weeks, and between those clusters about a month can pass without one. Every past date is listed below.
